How come I cannot upload MP3 files to my website using Microsoft Publisher?

Q: I can not seem to upload mp3 songs to my website using microsoft publisher. It says that it is adding it, but it is not being uploaded, or attached.

    Instead of using publisher to upload large mp3 files I’d suggest using a service like SoundCloud: http://soundcloud.com/

    It will allow people to listen to your music directly from your website and also optionally allow them to download the mp3.
