What kind of PC are you using? Is it a desktop or a laptop?

If it is a desktop you can get a USB 3.0 card for your system.

If it is for a laptop you will need to find what kind of ports your laptop has and there are USB 3.0 cards for your laptop.

This link has both for laptop and desktop components: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=40000073&IsNodeId=1&Description=usb%203.0&name=Add-On%20Cards&Order=BESTMATCH

There may be an adapter for USB 2.0 to 3.0 however you will not have any gains with that what so ever as it is still using a USB 2.0 port.

There is a eSATA to USB 3.0 but I cannot say anything about the latency or reliability of it.

If you don’t have any kind of express card slot in your laptop then you are going to be out of luck for USB 3.0.

If you can tell us about what it is you want to use with your computer we might be able to make some suggestions.

For example, if you were planning on using an external hard drive with the laptop and wanted to use a USB 3.0 interface, I’d suggest just using the esata port as you’ll actually wind up with faster speeds anyway.
