    1. What is the make and model of the usb device you’re having trouble with?

    2. What version of Windows are you running?

    3. Have you tried the device on any other computers?

    4. Has it worked before?

    5. have you tried the device using both front and back usb ports?

No but I will that’s a good idea
Yes it worked before, I think when I took it out of the USB port to clean out the inside of my computer then it started with the error message. I even tried different ports it still shows the same message.
Even used the back one and it still has the same message. Other devices work in the ports.
