Load10.exe is not part of windows or any known commercial software programs. If you’re unable to determine what it is, consider removing the program and running a spyware/virus scan of your computer.

I checked for a program called load 10 and none such existed. I did a hard boot and restarted the computer and after that the problem was not there any longer. When it was loaded on there I couldn’t access any program other than task manager which is how I discovered it was there.
