    Picked as best answer

    -Download Space Monger (http://www.sixty-five.cc/sm/)
-Then once downloaded run the tool (or install depending on which version you down load)
-Select to run on the drive that is missing space.
-Once scan is finished it will show you what is taking up space on your computer.
-It could be several things like Antivirus definition files, Windows update files, Windows Hibernation files.
-The last one usually is the culprit a lot of the times.

    Use this free program: http://windirstat.info/

It will give you a chart showing what files are using up all your space.
