Is it possible for me to tether my 4G Momentum to my PC and then connect my PS3 to my PC to play games online?

You should be able to tether your devices on your momentum. However I do not have the process. You should also just be able to tether your momentum directly to your ps3.
If you are using both your computer and ps3 to tether you may have slow speeds. The momentum runs on ATT 4g which is not actually 4g, it is what is called HSPA+. It is slower than a true 4g connection.

You might be able to get it to work using Windows internet connection sharing: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Using-ICS-Internet-Connection-Sharing
The 4G service might be good enough to do a PS3 software update, but I would expect it to probably be quite laggy for actually gaming. So don’t be surprised if it doesn’t run all that great.
