How do I add programs to the Send To list in Windows 7?

Q: Where is the “Send To” list? In Windows 7, how do I add programs to the “Send to” list that I get when I right-click on a file?

    Open a Explorer Window and paste in the following address:

    %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

    This will open the send to folder. You can copy shortcuts to programs into this folder and they will be added to the Send To list.
