    There are some sites that offer free movie streaming. One of the more popular ones at the moment would be Hulu.com. Also many TV stations offer their shows on their site from hours to several days after it has been aired on television.

    However there are many other sites that stream content illegally. I personally am not aware of them and you may get in trouble with your ISP or even the law from these sites.
