How come my Windows disc that I burned is not working to install Windows?

Q: i am trying to use bootcamp on my macbook pro
i have already download the version of windows i want
whenever i reach the partition stage it asks me to insert my windows installer disk
i have burned the downloaded file to a disk and it still wont recognize it
what should i do?

    Not sure what version of windows you’re trying to install but I found an article here… http://www.askdavetaylor.com/how_do_i_install_windows_xp_on_my_mac_using_boot_camp_1.html .

    It seems that the installation of windows cannot find the local hard drive on your Mac. I suggest doing a search for “(your model Mac) Bootcamp(ver.) (version of Windows) Hard disk driver”
