Will an HP dc7800 be able to do home music recordings?

Q: Is an HP dc7800 SFF with a Core 2 Duo 2.66 Ghz /160HDD / 8 GB RAM / DVD-Burner LightScribe For $200 a good deal and a good computer to do some home music recordings?

    From what I can tell about the specs of your computer it should work fine for home music recordings.

    You may want to invest in a higher quality sound card for better quality music.
