Is this a brand new hard drive you just purchased?

    Try this:

From Disk Manager, right-click an unallocated region on your hard disk (basically the whole bar), and then click New Simple Volume.

Follow the instructions in the wizard. If prompted for the format type, you’ll want to use NTFS.
