Q: Can somebody use my LAN code to spam people in my area with incriminating things?

    Not really following what you are asking. What do you mean by LAN code exactly? LAN stands for Local Area Network and by definition that means that only devices on your LAN can receive information from other devices on your LAN. The way you get to the Internet, for example, from your LAN is you have a device (modem, router, etc) that connects to a WAN, which stands for Wide Area Network (in most cases this is the Internet but not always).

    So I think maybe what you are trying to ask is if it is possible for someone to get on your network (LAN) and then do things on the Internet that make it look like it was you? If that is the case the answer is someone could get on your LAN if you do not have it password protected or if the password is easy to guess. They could also get on your LAN if they physically connected to it as well.
