Is there any special restriction in relation to the file system ntfs and fat32 for the partition or volume on which you install Windows 7?

You will more than likely want to use a ntfs system. a fat32 system will only allow files up to a max of 4gb in size. Now not all files are this large, but if you have movies, games or any large applications you plan on using you may run into some problems.
I suggest if you are installing Windows 7 format the drive with a standard ntfs file system for best results.
