How come my computer cannot recognize my wireless Dell V310 scanner?

Q: Aloha! I have a wireless Dell V310 scanner/printer that prints fine but isn’t being recognized as a scanner. Any ideas?

    Hi Batchtel, You should be sure that you are using the latest driver from Dell’s website. I’ve provided a link to the driver here… http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/555/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats?c=us&l=en&s=biz&cs=555&DriverId=R318939
    and some basic installation instructions here.
