How do I use my dlink router to let me connect multiple devices to the Internet at once?

by on June 30, 2012

Q: my isp only allows 1 device to be on the network at a time. I’ve got a dlink router (dir-615) and would like to know how I can set it up to allow multiple devices (kindle fire for example) to be on at the same time.

    Hi Jolly,
You should follow the instructions which can be found on this link. http://static.highspeedbackbone.net/pdf/D-Link-DIR-615-Manual.pdf.
The configuration of the device begins on page 11. Be sure to configure the wireless security on the device to prevent unauthorized users from joining your wireless network.
