How do I fix the blue screen that keeps appearing on my Sony VAIO that tells me how to fix it but goes away to fast for me to read?

Q: A blue screen appeared in my VAIO laptop and said if this is the first time continue and if not then there was a procedure but the screen vanished too fast. What should I do?

    Depending on your windows version the steps to keep the blue screen up should be something like:

    Right click on computer, select properties, and click on the Advanced tab, then click on the settings button under the Startup and recovery box, and unticking Automatically restart, then press ok.

    Thanks. Its Windows 7 with icore 3. Do you think the problem is with RAM? I did not turn on the laptop after I saw the message. So next time I turn on should I do what you already said?

    Yes, do what I said the next time you turn the computer on.

    The problem could be any number of things, no way to even begin to diagnose without seeing the error message.

    Your best bet will be to take a photo of the screen the next time you get the error message.
