Q: I want to create a new public calendar in outlook 2010 and then make it show the bookings of other two public calendars. when a user makes a booking, he should see if both the calendars are available or not. Is it possible ?

I am using Outlook 2010 and exchange server 2010

I don’t believe that what you are trying to do is possible. I think that your best bet is to grant your user permission to all 3 calendars and make the appointment according to availability in the two other calendars.
If this is not a solution that would work for you then you will need to export the calendar items from your two calendars and then import the contents into the 3rd calendar to merge them. This process will need to take place on a regular basis if appointments are being modified/added regularly.
