You can use the regular RCA cable on the PS3, plug the white and red ends into a stereo or get an adaptor and plug them into your audio input on your PC.

Something like 3.5mm Stereo Male To 2 RCA Female Y-Cable should work.

Just change the setting on the PS3 to output over RCA while the video runs over HDMI.

Your PS3 should have come with an AV Multi-Out cable. Use that for audio, and also purchase a component to headphone connector, use that to connect the AV-Multi-out to your PC speakers. You’ll probably need to adjust your audio settings in the PS3 menu.

This should be the correct adapter, assuming your pc speakers use a 3.5mm jack (which almost all do) : http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=104&cp_id=10429&cs_id=1042902&p_id=7190&seq=1&format=2
