How come I do not get a signal to my monitor?

Q: Hey….when i connect my psu to the motherboard it will automatically start up but there was no signal to the monitor….help me?/

    Unfortunately this is a difficult issue to troubleshoot without being hands on to the computer.

    Naturally, verify your connections everywhere, and make sure all the other required parts (CPU, RAM, etc) have been hooked in correctly. You might want to consider using a POST card to verify the self test is completing correctly.

    Otherwise consider hitting up a local computer repair shop for a helping in.

    Ya i have verify all the part are well connected but when i connect the cable to mobo the fan will just started so as the led light and the processor is giving out heat…there is no bios on the startup…dose this need a new mobo?

    Okay, so the only thing you’ve changed is installing a new graphics card. You monitor should be plugged into your new video card. Verify the card is fully seated in your motherboard and you’ve followed any installation instructions with your card. If the card isn’t working still, consider contacting the manufacturer for assistance.
