Do they make a computer that will play WoW on the best settings for under $1000?

Q: I wanna build a computer to play wow on ultra the best i can. I do big raids and pvp so i need something good with no lag. Im not too smart when it comes to the parts but i can put them together. So i need a complete build monator and all for 1000 dollers or less. Less would be great would love one for about 700 but i dont want to be dissapointed. Any advice is welcome thanks

    From what I am reading a core i5 or i7 with 8+ GB or ram and a decent video card should allow you to do this.

    Here is a prebuilt gaming rig that you can build and pic almost every option yourself. I had built one and it was around $800 and should easily play WOW on ultra settings.
