How come my computer on my 2nd router cannot talk to computers on my 1st router?

Q: I have two routers . The first one (range:192.168.2.1) is running pppoe server and the second one is getting internet from the first one and running dhcp server (192.168.3.1). From the second router i can reach the first router but only the get way . I cant reach the other ips
( if my ip is 192.168.3.101 i can reach 192.168.2.1 but cant reach 192.168.2.100) and from 192.168.2.100 i cant reach 192.168.3.100
Please help me . Thank you

    Hi Alhasen,
    I should first ask you why you have two routers. If it is for no other reason than to have the ability to connect more computers to the internet then I suggest the following.
    It seems like you may have the network cable from the first router coming from a switchport and going into the “internet or WAN” port of the second router (192.168.3.1). If this is the case I would suggest killing the DHCP server (if enabled) on the second router and connecting the switch ports between the first and second routers together. Make sure that you put all of the computers regardless of what router they are plugged into on the same subnet. (192.168.2.X).
