How can I watch videos online at the same time as my friends?

with friends online over the interweb
so i load up a movie on my computer
they do watever and see it and we watch – not anything skype – whole movie with lag would suck
wat i see they see in real time so no lag

The closest you’re going to get to this with current technology is either Skype or Google+ Hangouts.
