How can I install Outlook Express on my new netbook?
by jpcl2r on December 20, 2012Q: Just purchased an Asus-Q200E net book running Win 8 as a Christmas gift, Best Buy informed me that the times have changed since I last purchased a computer and there is virtually no preinstalled software on this unit like MS Office, Outlook, Excel, etc, so is there an app or a way to get Outlook Express as the email option? Thanks for your help.
Sorry to hear about Office expiring. Windows XP was the last version of Windows to ship with Outlook Express. I would recommend using Mozilla Thunderbird. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/
