Make sure you’re using the latest driver available on the HP website.

I’m using the latest basic driver from the HP website. The full blown driver with all the bells & whistles will not load. I keep getting a message that the installation failed. Message didn’t say what failed to install.

Unfortunately I can’t find any more details on dealing with this bug. I suggest contacting HP and posting on their support forums for assistance with this error.
