Can I put 2 i7 3970x extreme edition processors in a EVGA SR-X motherboard?

Q: I wanted to know if i could put 2 i7 3970x extreme edition processors in a EVGA SR-X mother Board and if that mother Board would hold 4x Devil 13 7990 6gb graphics cards im completely serious i dont want to spend money on a extra video card

    No, the SR-X only supports some Intel Xeon processors.
