How come my Windows Media Player on Windows XP is telling me path does not exist when I try to play a specific DVD?

Q: try to play dvd on windows media player keep getting messege “path does not exist’ what does that mean?? Plays all other dvds & cds no problem. Windows xp.

    So you have a specific DVD that won’t play on your computer, though all other DVDs you’ve tried work perfectly fine?

    In that case I’d say you probably have a bad DVD. Make sure the DVD is free of any scratches, and isn’t a pirated copy of a movie. You might want to try using the DVD in another player to see if it works there.
