    Picked as best answer

Most of the newer routers today will due. Linksys, Netgear, Belkin. I’d stick with the more name brand routers.

Your best bet is to look at your HDTV streaming requirements and see if they have any recommendations. If you’re not computer savy, I suggest that you use what they recommend because if anything goes wrong in the future and it does not work or you get choppy video then they can’t tell you that you need a different router.

I agree with Fletcha, just make sure to check with your streaming hd tv service to see what they recommend for Internet speed. It doesn’t matter how fancy your router is, if you’re internet connect is too slow, you’re not going to be streaming HD TV.
