How do I connect my new Samsung Galaxy Music phone to my computer running Windows XP?
by sayali on March 3, 2013Q: I have purchased new Samsung Galaxy Music phone. i tried to connect it to PC (with Windows XP) but its not connecting.They show that “no software compatible to phone”. i downloaded Samsung Kies,but when i m trying to open it my PC restarts,this happened for 10 times since night. What should i do to connect mobile to PC to transfer data?
Verify that windows XP service pack 3 is installed on your computer.
