What features are missing from the file management built into Windows 7 that you’re interested in?

Whoops. I forgot to mention that. Windows Explorer lacks grouping options. Rather than grouping files in A sections, B sections, and so on, it groups them in A – H sections, I – P sections, and onward. That only allows four groups in a folder including numbers. I’m mainly looking for a file manager that has an option to group the files by single letters. That way, I can hold more groups in a single folder.
I found that Dolphin does the trick, but it’s sadly Linux software. Something like that which runs on Windows would work great, but I can’t find anything.
