    Hi GeurinGreene – Most likely the Dell replacement LCD screen is not compatible. Did you read this somewhere that they are? You will usually need to look up the HP part replacement number and replace the LCD screen with that. The amount of time that some of these LCD’s take to replace, its not worth tinkering around with the incorrect part numbers.
