The only significant issue you might run into is the same as any other electronic device. Different countries use different power plugs and voltages in their wall sockets. These needs will be dependent on what countries you’ll be traveling to.

Beside the power adapters, you will have to know what information is needed, different countries often have different default settings. Plus you will need an ISP who will use different settings from your past ISP this is one reason most ISP’s now offer a router which comes preset specific to them.
