Right click on a .zip file select Open With… find PKzip in the list of programs in the list (or browse to find the Pkzip.exe). Make sure to check the “Always use this program to open this type of file” box.
Thank you Mark, I believe my question was misleading. My apologies. When using windows explorer and selecting a file or directory, then right click and the options available are open, open in a new window, cut, copy, send to, etc.. What I am looking for is how to include WinZip to that list.

Reinstall the latest version of WinZip using the installer version, there should be an option in the installation for integrating it with Windows Explorer.
