How can I make an animated GIF from a website my profile picture?

Q: Hello

I want to know how to upload GIF animated picture from any website to facebook profile picture

    You can right click to save the image and then upload to facebook. However the image will not be animated as it does not support animations like some other sites.

    So all it will show is the first image in the gif.
