I cannot answer that for certain but I can part this knowledge, that it has been known for Bluetooth to interfere with wifi. I know for a fact many people had issues with Apple Macbook Airs that when connected to a magic mouse that used Bluetooth caused real problems with there wifi connections.
I would say turn off your Bluetooth if you don’t use it and see if there is any change in the quality of your connection. If there is interference and you need your Bluetooth check to see if your router has a 5Ghz channel capability or restart your router, it should choose the channel with the least interference which should hopfully solve any interference issues.

You are very unlikely to see any different with your wifi performance by disabling bluetooth. That said, turning off bluetooth or Wifi when you aren’t using them will save you a lot of battery life.

If you’re wifi signal problems are around your house, try moving your Wifi router to a more central location of the house and away from lots of metal, thick walls and other electronics.

In short, don’t be afraid to experiment with different setups to see what works best for you.
