Ask Your Question
While we review all submitted questions we are unable to answer them all. The best way to improve the chances of getting a response is to give us as much detail as you can about your question. Here are some ideas as to what kind of information you should provide when submitting your question.
1. Computer Question? Please include your operating system (e.g. Windows XP Pro, Mac OS X).
2. Software Question? Please include the name of the software, version number, and any other information you can provide like the maker of the software.
3. Consumer Electronics Question? Please include the maker of the item along with the model number.
4. Getting An Error Question? Please include the exact error and what you were doing when you received the error message.
Note we require your e-mail because often time’s people do not include enough information with their question so we need to follow up with them. If we follow up and do not get a response we WILL NOT answer your question.
