Q: I have Windows XP media edition. I use window media player for storing my music. I then sync it to my Creative ZEN MP3 player. The weird problem I am having is that when I sync up and it transfers my music to the ZEN, some of the album art does not match the artist! It is correct on my computer in Windows Media Player. Is this a problem with my ZEN or Media player? Or has anyone ever heard of this problem?
Q: I have a Samsung sgh-a437. I am trying to put ring tones on it using Bluetooth on my Macintosh. It says you have to be discoverable to do it but on the Samsung I can’t do it. is their a way to make it discoverable so my mac can find it or do I have to make the phone find the Mac?

Q: I have a DVD player from avol Model #ADP2500XM. It has a USB port that allows for some movies to play on it. As far as I can tell it only lets me play a few of my collection. They all look to be AVI files but it wont play all the AVI files. Is there a specific format that will work best?
Q: I have a Q-see DVR card surveillance system. I want to remote access it but I do not have a static IP address and I can not get one. I was wondering, is there another option? Like maybe using yahoo messenger through the webcam? I don’t know how to channel the camera to yahoo webcam though if this is an option.
