Q: When I start up my computer it has a screen pop up that states:
Isass.exe – Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application. I have no other choice but to click OK or the X in the upper right corner and either way that screen goes away and the screen just remains blank. Going to safe mode produces the same thing. What can I do?

Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program
However if I click CANCEL, nothing happens, and if I click OK, I get another error message: “The instruction at 0×00962560 referenced at 0×0096250. The memory could not be written.”
The only option I get is: Click OK to terminate the program.
I click OK, and nothing happens.
This is frustrating because it happens every time I try go open Internet Explorer, so I cant use it at all. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Q: There is a site that I use to go to without a problem. It is a christian website that has an essay written to answer any question you have. Throughout the text they have bible verses that when you put the cursor on them it brings up the bible verse in a little box. Recently it stopped doing this and instead a JavaScript Error pops up on my screen with a description like this: Unterminated String Constant for line 1 then another pops up for line five and so on. Can you please help me fix this problem?
Q: A while back when I was going to turn off my computer it it would restart again about 50% of the time. I did a little research and found out that this was because there was some sort of error with possibly new software or new drivers. I found out that I could change this so that the computer wouldn’t restart and instead a sort of blue screen would appear where I could see what the error was. Of course I have no idea what to make of it and was wondering if you guys had any advice on what I can do to fix this problem.
