How do I reset the administrator password for Windows 2000 Prefessional?

by Guest Geek on October 9, 2009

Q: I have Windows 2000 Professional (yeah, i know…it’s old…) and Internet working pretty good but I seem to have a problem with videos on youtube and other websites. They say I either have flash off or an older version of it. I’m sure its an older version so I decided to try to install the new one. When I try my computer says I need ”administrator permission” to download it. The problem here is I don’t remember the old password and with this old computer of mine I can’t seem to change it. Does anyone know how to change the password or get flash on my comp without administrator permission?

What can I do to make my Windows XP system compatible with Adobe Flash Player 10?

by Guest Geek on September 23, 2009

Q: My operating system is not compatible with Adobe Flash Player 10. I have Windows XP, AOL 8.0, and I.E. 6.0. Sometime the browser will shut down because of it, yet I can’t get some content I would like. What should I do?
