Q: Installing W7 on a work computer, it used to have XP on it. When I try to use the ghost image I get an error message “Computer not prepared for Windows 7″ or something, it’s weird because we have hundreds of other computers here with the exact same specifications. Tried to reset the BIOS and still nothing.

Q: I’ve just created a copy of one laptop’s C: drive using Norton Ghost. I’ve stored this copy on an external drive, and want to “install” this drive as the C: drive on a different laptop. How do I do this?
