A: I would recommend using a program called Webex for your needs. This program is easy to use and it has many different levels of functionality. The program allows you to login and take control of someone’s machine allowing you to do training or vice versa.
Webex allows you to invite people to meetings and then they can allow you to take control of their workstations while they sit there watching. You can login anywhere to the meeting place and create a meeting, invite as many people as you want allowing them all to watch you explain on your machine or take control of their machine to teach them.
Webex is very powerful training software and I think you would be very happy with what it can do for you.
