Q: how do i transfer and listen to mp3 music to a 4 yr old 30gb ipod?
I agreed to let my 9yr old daughter use it a bit for music.
i have had the ipod for 3-4 years but used it only as a memory device like a DOK.
i’ve tried conversion software mp3 2 ipod but standalone i can’t find or play any of the files on the ipod.
how do i use the ipod as an mp3 player. its an older model but it can play videos as well?

Q: My old computer died but the hard drive was still healthy. I have converted the internal hard drive into an external hard drive. Now I want to recover my iTunes music library off the old computer and put it on my new laptop. I have tried all the ways suggested by Apple and “how to’s” nothing is working. The files don’t want to share. Is there a way to trick iTunes and get around this?

Q: Can I transfer all of my music off my old computer in iTunes to an external hard drive? I don’t have it in my hard drive of that computer, only in iTunes.

Q: For Christmas I got an mp4 digital player. My mom ordered it from ebay and it came from Hong Kong and that is just about all I know about it.

I put the little CD in there, got some music and movies and stuff on there but I don’t know how to get the songs from the little CD onto the mp4.
