Q: I have a newly built PC, running windows 7, everything works great, except that it won’t reisze to my screen properly. I have it hooked up to a 42″ plasma TV, which worked great on my old dell PC. I have a huge graphics card and it suggests running at max 1920 resolution, however, all my icons and start button, etc are off the screen if I leave on anything but the minimum crap setting of 800 res. What can I do? Windows 7 doesn’t seem to offer many options in the control panel to do this manually.
