How can I fix the buffering on videos that play in flash players like those on YouTube?

by Guest Geek on November 3, 2009

Q: Whenever I try to down load a video either from email, YouTube or another source I get a white circle as if loading and then it stops and plays six seconds of video and the circle of lights go on again. Once that is done, the video plays for another six seconds and the procedure starts all over again.

by Guest Geek on September 9, 2009

Q: I have a computer running Windows XP. If I am watching some news feeds or when I insert a CD to watch a slide show, it comes out pixelated. I can hear the audio fine but cannot watch it at all. This isn’t consistent, some work fine, but I haven’t figured out what works, when, when and why… do you have any ideas?
