Unfortunately, each portable multimedia player is unique. What is the brand and model number of your MP4 player? Thanks!

It just says that it is a MP4 Digital Player…and it looks like an ipod nano

That’s still not enough information. Again, we need at least a brand and preferably a model number as well.

The best way to get the information we need is to look on items that came with your MP4 player — box, instructions, CD-ROMs, etc.

Did you purchase your MP4 player online? If so, find the webpage where your MP4 player is listed. Then copy & paste the address of that webpage into your next reply.

The next best way is to open iTunes or similar software, and then connect your MP4 player to your computer. What does iTunes call the MP4 player?

There are some other methods that we can use which might detect the brand and model number of your MP4 player. But to choose the method is best for you, I need to know which operating system is running on your computer — Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac OS X, other? Thanks!

I look forward to reading your next reply.
