    Backup your important files, purchase your Windows installation disk and follow the instructions : )

    That said, if you’re running Windows ME, odds are you’ve got a computer that’s close to ten years old, and probably won’t even run Vista to begin with, and might not work that well in XP either. I’d highly suggest considering a new computer.
