Is there a free music editor that will allow me to edit the bass and treble of an iTunes track?

Q: I am looking for a free music editor where I can take itunes tracks and edit bass and treble and things like that. Is there any such software?

    Take a look at Audacity, that should be able to meet your needs: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
