Can I install my eMachines hard drive in a Compaq?

Q: Can I install my eMachines T1440 hard drive into a Compaq sr1110nx which has no hard drive?

    Yes, you’ll be able to transfer the drive. However you’ll need to do a fresh windows installation (and in the process wipe the hard drive) to be able to use it. So pull any important data off the drive before you move it.
