How do I see page logs on my computer?

by on September 25, 2009

Q: I am using OpenSoucre DNS on a personal windows computer. What/how can you see your Internet page logs? Does it show screen shots or a list and can you access password restricted sites after someone logs out? This is not after the browser history has been deleted.

I am very confused. By “OpenSource DNS” do you mean you are using a free DNS server instead of your internet service providers DNS to resolve domains to IP addresses or do you mean you are actually running a DNS server on your local computer for some reason?

DNS servers have nothing to do with internet page logs and I am not really sure if you mean web server access log files or if you mean something to do with a browsers history.

Do you think you can maybe explain exactly what you are trying to do first and then explain the software that is involved? As it is right now it sounds like you are talking about 3 completely separate things that really have nothing to do with each other.
