Lucky for you you’re going to be hard pressed to find a projector that isn’t mac compatible. Macs and PCs both use the same connections to plug into monitors and projectors. As long as a projector says your can plug a computer into it, you’ll be able to plug your mac into it.

As far as price goes, it all depends on what your needs are, specifically if this is for a home theater installation or a business application and what ‘reasonably priced’ means to you.

A quick check on the top sellers at newegg for business and home theater shows prices on these models running about $600 – $700

If that kind of price range is out of the question, then your options are going to be very limited.
