How come Dr. Watson crashes when I try to open a program and wont let me open it?

Q: I downloaded a program on my PC but when I try to open it up a box comes on the screen saying Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close or it says Dr. Watson post mortem debugger has encountered a problem and need to close. It wont let me open the program that I downloaded. What do I do?

    This is a problem with the program you mention. I suggest you contact the author for support.
